We purchase genuine product through authorized distribution. For eligible defects, our authorized supplier can process manufacturer warranty claims on our behalf so customers are not left without a path to a replacement. Coverage is not automatic. It depends on the manufacturer’s terms, the distributor’s approval, proof of purchase, date codes, and the condition of the unit. Installed, programmed, damaged, or modified devices may not qualify. Plena Supply does not itself issue factory warranties.
