EDWARDS 405-8A-TW

The Edwards 405-8A-TW is a 110 cd synchronized strobe for fire-alarm notification, finished in white and rated for wall orientation. Specifically, the 405 Series strobe is part of Edwards Signaling’s 405 family, designed to operate with Genesis-compatible sync sources.

First, the 405-8A-TW produces 110 cd of effective flash intensity per UL 1971 when mounted on a wall. Then it synchronizes to current UL 1971 sync requirements when paired with a sync source. As a result, the strobe meets sleeping-area visual-notification requirements at the 110 cd rating.
